Air Macau's website offers convenient online application, an applicant simply provides accurate and complete personal information, then print out, for his/her own reference, a copy of temporary membership card, the membership will be effective immediately with 1,000 bonus miles.

Application Form:
The Application Form is available on-board Air Macau aircraft, at Air Macau town offices and airport offices and travel agencies. Fill out the form, enclose copies of Air Macau's boarding pass and ticket stub flown within the last 6 months and submit the Form to our nearest office or fax to Air Macau Company Limited on (853) 396-5666. The application will be validated and activated within 6 weeks. |

Notes:
Air Macau reserves the right to terminate the membership if any of the applicant's information is verified to be false or inaccurate.
If any information in the application form is incomplete, inaccurate or illegible, the application will be rejected without notice.
Mileage credit and accumulation will only be effective after membership has been activated.
Before traveling, applicants may access Air Macau's website to check for status of their application.

Online Application:
Once the membership applied online is activated, the system will provide a membership number and a personal identification number (PIN). A membership card will be mailed to the member within 6 weeks after his/her first time travel with Air Macau as member of the Privileges (please provide membership number at time of making a reservation). |
