Prospects age 12 or above are eligible to apply for Blue Membership after verification of personal information.

    Gold Card
    When a Blue Card Member's "Member Upgrading Mileage" credit reaches 20,000 miles in any 12 consecutive months, the Member will be upgraded to Gold Card Member.

    Platinum Card
    When Gold Card "Members Upgrading Mileage" credit has reached 80,000 miles, they will be automatically upgraded to Platinum Card Member.

    Note:
    1. Type of redemption selected in any one sector is mutually exclusive. For instant, a Member cannot choose to redeem a free ticket and apply for cabin upgrade at the same time in any one sector.
    2. Ticket redemption and cabin upgrade are subject to the availability of seats allocated for that purposes.
    3. Any type of redemption does not apply to members traveling on free ticket or discounted tickets, group tickets, chartered flight tickets, exchange coupons, redeemed ticket etc. For instant, member traveling on a group ticket cannot redeem cabin upgrade with credit miles.
    A Member, having accumulated adequate number of credit miles can redeem by visiting Air Macau's website and clicking into member account and selects a redemption item and a location to collect document for the redemption item. The system will reply to confirm the redemption request within 24 hours.
    The Member is required to collect document for redeemed item at his/her designated Air Macau Office within 6 months. If a Member failed to collect the document for redeemed item before the specified time, redemption arrangement will be cancelled and the mileage deducted for the redemption will be re-credited into the Member's account.
    Members can redeem by visiting Air Macau Office or calling the Service Hotline. Simply quote the Membership number; they could obtain their redeemed item immediately if they have accumulated adequate number of credit miles for that item.
    1. Ticket redemption must be processed at least 7 days prior to flight departure.
    2. Prior to cabin upgrade, a Member must be in possession of a full revenue ticket. Member traveling on free and redeemed ticket, discounted ticket, group ticket, chartered flight ticket and exchange coupon are not eligible for cabin upgrade redemption.
    3. Restriction applies to ticket exchange coupon during peak periods.
    4. Before proceeding to process redemption, the Member should ensure that his/her account has sufficient mileage to redeem the requested item.
