Booking information
1. Air Macau Holiday packages are arranged for Free Individual Travelers - FIT.
2. Air Macau is the exclusive carrier for Air Macau Holiday packages, unless in the itinerary where Air Macau's service is not available then other carrier's service may be used.
3. Booking for Air Macau Holiday Package is available at any Air Macau ticketing and reservations office. Payment for the package can be made by American Express, Diner Club, Visa and Master Charge cards.
4. Extension of stay in the hotel after arrival in Macau is only available at the rack rate prevalent at time of extension - discount rate shall not apply for late extension.
5. Air Macau Holiday Packages are not available for minor traveling alone.
6. Air Macau Holiday Packages are not available to passengers traveling on complimentary and concession tickets - the package must be purchased as one that includes air ticket, hotel and others.

Hotel Transfer
Hotel transfer can be arranged at the reception counter located in Macau International Airport. Private transportation can be arranged at extra cost.

Hotel Accommodations
1. Standard rooms are provided for the passengers. If the desired hotel is not available, substitute hotels of same standard will be arranged.
2. Adult traveling alone shall be arranged a single room. Two-adults traveling together may choose to share a twin bedded room.
3. Regular hour for hotel check-in is between 12 noon and 3p.m., check-out hour is no later than 12 noon. Hotel reserves the right to charge for an additional night if a passenger chooses to check-out later than 12 noon.

Notices to Customers
1. The package price includes round-trip ticket to Macau and 2-night hotel accommodation with breakfast. The package price however does not include laundry fee, excess baggage charge, meals, portage, room services, travel insurance, airport taxes, transport toll fee, extra sightseeing tours, hotel's medical and business center services.
2. The package price is per person valid for departure until 2004/11/29 - children discount does not apply. Request for extra bed or breakfast may be made to the hotel directly. Twin bedded room is arranged for two-persons sharing a room.
3. Ticket has a maximum validity of 7 days inclusive of the departure day.
4. The package including the air ticket is non-transferable and non-reroutable. Claims for refund of any unused package portion or loss may only be processed by the original sales office.

Alterations
Change in reservations is acceptable at least 24 hours prior to departure with an administration charge of TWD1,800 per person in each occasion. No change will be entertained within 24 hours of departure. Changes can only be made in the original sales office.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation made beyond 24 hours prior to departure is subject to a cancellation fee of TWD1,800 per person. Cancellation made within 24 hours of flight departure is subject to a cancellation charge of TWD4,500 per person. Passenger no-show for the flight is subject to a cancellation charge of TWD7,500.

Travel documents
Passengers are required to ensure their travel documents are in order. A passenger traveling with improper documents is subject to denied admission and repatriation to home city at his/her own expenses.

Customer entertains the special rate of listed hotels.
To make your booking, please kindly prepare the information as follows to Air Macau of your district at least 7 days prior to departure:
